install the new tensioning rail:
drop the rail into the top of the engine.
you should see it line up with the pin hole.
I forgot to mention that I've been cleaning these pins (and all other parts) in an ultrasonic cleaner with simple green. oil the pin after cleaning the simple green off of it.
apply some sealant to the pin and drive it home using a 6mm by 50mm bolt and a mini-sledge.
reinstall the bolt which you had to previously removed in order to position the puller.
