The miracle is already working. Upon conformation of his death the petrol prices dropped down. Now the war is really starting
Who will control all this petrol. The Italians are front row contenders, they are very well positioned in Libya and have been for the best part of the last 100 years. Lets see what the British and the US will do about it.
