I think it would have been better if he were captured like Sadaam, shown how hated much he is hated by his people, then hanged for his crimes.
He does look frightened, doesn't he? Imagine what's going through his mind as his own twisted belief that he's loved by his people and will prevail has just faced reality.
Its amazing how well significant moments in history are documented with today's technology. We get right up close and personal at the moment of victory like we're standing right there with them.
It also shows a bit of things to come with the next regime. Seems pretty disorganized, fragmented, and chaotic. No clear leadership to tell what they should do with him now that he's captured. Now that they've won, are they going to go back to being peaceful nation builders like our founding fathers?
