Yes, wear good fitting, comfortable shoes...you will be walking ALOT! There's over 2 million square feet to look at.

Make sure to have your credentials with you at all times...if you step out for a smoke and forget them inside, you're screwed. I made that mistake once, on the last day back in 2003...I won't do that again!

Hot Rod Lane, and the performance and racing sections are a must. You can easily get lost in the complete coolness of those areas.

Foose's booth is a must see...he will have one hell of a show for you.

I don't have my info with me to see who's going to be outside, but make sure you visit those areas as well. I had the opportunity to drive a H2 before it hit the market many years ago at the proving grounds.

The concept truck section and custom truck section is where I usually spend my first and/or second days. They have some totally off the wall ideas there that work, that it will blow your mind.

Have you chosen a hotel yet? I usually stay at the Circus Circus due to it's pricing, plus I know a few people there that aid me in getting cheaper, non advertised rates. Last year, I was comped my entire stay as a favor to a friend.

Watch your pockets...there are plenty of thieves there. Also, utilize the hotel's safe deposit box for your valuables.
