Yep - its almost always those cloth-covered fuel return hoses that loop-to-loop between the injectors.

While not an official opinion - and I warn you that if you listen to my advice you may burn alive - if there is just a little moisture with no pooling of liquid fuel around the injector recesses, its safe to drive a little longer.
