Sub frame of a W114 is the same as a W107 so if you can find an M117 V8 which came out of a W107 v8, it will have the correct oil pan and manifolds to fit. If anyone wants an M117 4.5 oil pan, hit me up. I have one lying around somewhere that I'll probably unload on ebay soon.
