The sad thing about this is that in today's world this is just no surprise. There are some of us who take complete responsibility for our own lives and wouldn't even ALLOW anyone to give us charity. Then there are many of the liberals among us who EXPECT their mistakes to be taken care of by the government and society.
As I say, the saddest thing is that this thinking is MUCH too common place in our society today. If the trend continues to a point where most everyone expects this, who will be left to provide it?
