I guess I'll add my 2 cents to this thread....
Changed the injection pump diaphragm on my 115 and hope it is the sole source of my smoke troubles. Not a bad job, kind of tedious getting the new gasket in place. I was disturbed to find gritty sludge inside the IP(
look here), no idea what to think of it. The car runs really strong but it would seem the IP has ground something up.
Then I adjusted the valves just to be certain that wasn't contributing to my smoke.
Smoke is better but still there, perhaps that is just life with a 240D?
