i'll give that a try tomorrow..... it is erratic sometimes it seems to go away for a little bit it is almost like something on the front of the block is rattling but I can't for the life of me see where. Its always good to learn these things straight away I guess. thanks for the suggestions.

I'm actually hope it is as simple as a bad injector.

Do a test:

While it is running, crack each injector line, right above the injector...........one at a time............and see what happens to the noise. If it's a specific cylinder, the noise will disappear immediately when you take that cylinder out (by eliminating the fuel). The engine will become noticeably rougher and shake............just ignore this. You are strictly looking for the elimination of the noise based upon one specific cylinder causing it.
