I've installed 2 sets of Monark nozzles into injector bodies. 83 300 D turbo and a VW Jetta. Both sets did not require any adjustment to shims, just cleaned and used all orig parts and the nozzles all popped within specs per my commercially made pop tester. The only adjustment I had to make was to rotate one of the nozzle pintles to correct a slightly off center spray pattern.
