I was able to have my injectors rebuilt without lapping. No leaks. I think its hit or miss, honestly. But the fact that two are leaking tells me that perhaps you didn't clean the injector bodies well enough or that its the return lines. You could try to switch the return lines around and see if the leak follows, or there could be something with the injector hard lines.
