Boy that's weird because the thing should run in fixed operating mode if nothing else if it has fuel. I would suggest first, take off the supply line into the fuel dizzy, and put the end into a container, turn the key to "on" and see if you get a shot of fuel, and go from there. If that is positive, then I'd almost have to say it's the dizzy itself, but it's pretty rare to get a hard failure of that. If you aren't getting any fuel that way, then I'd gues along the lines of the MAS or FPR. If it has a FPR you could try jumping the FPR, or you could also just try jumping power and ground to the pump.
