I looked at the 85 vacuum diagram and realized I don't have that. At least that's one less thing I have to diagnose! But then again it would probably be the issue if it was an 85 and it would be fixed!

My plan today is to eliminate the EGR (was blocked off with BB's) just in case there is a leak somewhere. I've got tons of Al at work to make cover. Then I was going to make sure I have no vacuum leaks because it needs done anyways. I'm going to recheck the valve's to see if they are tight and still have proper clearance. One thing I don't want to do is replace a turbo and the damn sound still be there. So I'm eliminating, cleaning, rechecking everything before I try the turbo. I truly feel by the sound it makes that there is a air leak somewhere.
