You could also glance at the OVP relay fuse, this is the small relay near the battery withthe flip open cover on the top. There is a red plastic fuse (a push-in type like what GM uses in their fuse boxes, not like what older MBs use, like what's in your fusebox), check to see if by chance that fuse is blown.
