Something doesn't make sense in that story. If he intended to only send the photo to a friend but mistakenly set the privacy setting of the photo wider, it's a minor mistake. If it was only set for his friends or the public for 10 minutes, how did anyone find out about it to cause problems at his job? How different is it from picking up a set of Kodak prints at the drug store and dropping the print with a nude picture on the floor of the drugstore and coming back to pick it up later?
