Yep

Somewhere I have my old one. I recall looking at it and deciding it was rebuildable. My plan was to chuck it in a lathe, cut the crimped part off, separate the halves, fabricate a new diaphragm, then put it on the mill in a indexer to drill out 12 holes in the flange + two rings that would also have to be made on the lathe. Then bolt it together. If it can be re-assembled without interfering with other parts in the pump, it will work.
