I had a K&K flyer somewhere, and I seem to remember some things for the W108.

What did you need? I can also check with European Connection in Falmouth, KY -- I need to get a left manifold and right front fender, and I know he has several W108s in fairly good condition (he also has at least 3 M100s in cars, too!)
