Hi everybody I just purchased a 95 e300! It has 135miles. It runs great but has bunch of problems that I've been fixing bit by bit.
It didn't start the day after I bought it! Turns out security module was acting up
fixed it by following Diy alarm removal and jumping k38 Thanks latief!
Driver side power window doesn't go down and passenger side rear window was dead. Solved it bye fixing the convenience module pcb, there was a burnt line.
Central lock wasn't working fixed by just removing fuse and putting back on, weird!
Trunk key tumbler was different from all tumbler. I had to repin the plug so I can use the original key. (I can make a DIY if anybody needs it)
ASD light on : not yet fixed I used carsoft but wont tell me asd error code..
ABS activates when nearing a complete stop even the road is dry: not yet fixed carsoft mentioned wheel sensor error
AC is not blowing cold: not yet fixed
Front flex disc very worn: parts ordered..
Now I have a few Q on naming parts:
What is this? is it for the ASD? its almost empty
Whats this empty fuse holder for?
Is this leaky thing an ASD diff?
Got to replace my front flex disc ASAP!
