Little question its plugged... It has the soot... It has the Whistling noise.. Very loud.. will not get out of its own way.. This is good information to have .. Nice to know things like this before calling... Gives me some idea of what to say and what to look for... I have just starting looking it over and doing some service... All in all I am very happy with it... Seems I got a good deal and the fellow was far more honest than I really thought he was... Nice when things seem to work out..
