Imagine you had a really cheap gas w126 that needed a new engine, and access to parts from 300sd, 240d 4 speed, and most other common w123 and w126 models, what would it take do that swap? I dont have any of those things yet, but I could get the car easily (for $200-300), and there are tons of parts in pick and pull.
