The pump for the door locks and such has failed in my 1998 E320 abse model. The other ady the kids pulled the rear headrest up and now I can't get them down using the button on the the dash. anyway, there has to be another way to release the headrests. I have tried pulling eacg line off of the pump and applying both suction and pressure to each line to no avail. Please help my wife can't see out of the back window with the headrests up.
