He certainly didn't act like someone who inadvertently hit someone with an elbow. As someone who has been on both the giving and receiving end of an inadvertent elbow on the basketball court, the usual reaction is something along the lines of, "You okay? Sorry, man." Not continuing on down court, then looking to pick a fight when confronted about it.

Bottom line is that he can can call himself anything he wants, he's still Ron Artest and has a lot of negative history.
