I got the Bosch/Volvo blower motor from Autopartsway. Here's some pics comparing it to the stock motor:

Gonna need a new connector for the wiring. Old motor has a male and a female connector. New motor has two male connectors. DON'T GET THEM MIXED UP or your AC will suck instead of blow!

Fits perfectly in the housing...

The mounting holes line up and the securing nut from the stock motor fits!!

The cage is a VERY tight fit. The lack of splines on the replacement motor shaft won't be a problem. Had to use a socket to tap the cage on. Motor was in the housing when I did this and the shaft slid through the armature of the motor about 1/4". I was worried that I damaged the motor but it works just fine!

This replacement is as easy as it gets. I think that there is enough clearance above the cage that the extra length of the shaft shouldn't be a problem (especially if you bang the cage on like I did and the shaft moves a bit through the armature). The most difficult part is putting together a new wire.

Good Gawd how I love the blast of air this motor produces!!
