^^ Well, it's one thing to have a '98 Ford pickup that needs a mirror. You go to u-pull-it and you reasonably expect to come away with the part. It's quite another thing to go looking for parts on a 30 year old Mercedes that may only have a 25% chance of being there. I mostly only show up for the sales these days. Despite the 11 cars in my fleet, there are too few of any of them left out there to justify regular trips to these yards. At least when they have sales I have a shot at batteries or tires that are worth the bother.
