Regarding the Lambo at least that thing was exclusive. That vehicle wasn't created for the masses like the Cayenne.

I never knew that the Cayenne was actually better off road than the Land Rover. I would love to read more about that, especially since I expected this SUV to be designed mainly for the road.


As far as SUV's go I really have no problem with them. They can be quite handy for hauling large items as well as people. I think people should be able to choose what they like, not what others think is right. I just don't think Porsche should be building a SUV. They could have built an upscale version of the mid engine Boxster to compete with the SL's, although that may not be enough to keep them afloat.

Maybe the best thing for Porsche is to be bought out like Ferrari and left alone to build hi performance cars. I still can't believe Porsche dropped out of racing to build the Cayenne.
