Ha. Ha. It's funny to hear people speak about mb like their talking about an ex. My friend who I turned on to old MBs to run grease in calls em "junk". It's funny.
But you are right. Modern ac system way better. That and serpentine belt and fuel economy is why I'll never go back to a w123. The newer MBs still seem real friendly to work on compared to other Cars of their respective eras. I've never tried Lexus or Acura though. Maybe when they make some diesels That get cheap.
