When I was a kid I used to sleepwalk. when i was about 8 or 9 one night I got up and walked out the back door. My dad heard me and followed me outside. I walked around the side of the house and up the hill. he had heard it was traumatic to wake up a sleepwalker so followed me for a while eventually guiding me back in the house.

I continued to sleepwalk well into my teens.

Now I just wake up but this morning the Mrs said I shouted in my sleep, waking her up, then apologizing. I had no memory of it.
