Ingredients:

2 cups cranberries
2 green apples
1 small orange
1/2 cup sugar
A touch of honey

Peel, core, and dice apples. Zest the orange. Put the cranberries, apples, sugar, orange zest, and honey in a stainless steel pan. Squeeze the juice from the orange into the whole mix. Cook on low heat until cranberries pop. Take a little out of the pan and taste for sweetness. If it needs more sugar, go ahead and add more. Allow to cool in fridge overnight. The flavors really come together that way.
