I suppose I would like a 280SEL in W116 form or 126 with a five speed and otherwise a stripper car... manual seats, glass, heated cloth, A/C of course I need, and that is about it.
Not sure what I would do with an early post war car. There is a POS at my junkyard from the late '50s I would probably drop a modern, domestic performance driveline into and speed about... while keeping it MB stock inside and out.
I have a good amount of weird MBs from the '60s to current, so I am okay in that respect.
My holy grail is to just have them all nice and operational someday.
