scrapping good running 300SDL

Has had the engine swapped previously, as it's a 603-960 (with the removable oil-filter cap for a 124 car). Starts on the third cylinder down to -5 dF with no block heater. That is, "chug-chug-running."

Don't know where the transmission came from, but it's very strong shifting. About 0.75 second delay when shifting into reverse.

Newer Behr radiator.

Newer alternator and fan clutch, idler/bearing/arm.

Newer injectors.

-17 head.

Oil pan has some weeping cracks that have been poorly welded, and then "sealed" with JB Weld. What a crappy design to have a 4000-lb car lead with its chin, right into the parking curb.

Any interest in any parts, or just send it to the crusher for $500?
