Looking at your credentials I appreciate your reply. I do understand what you are saying and see that he was simply doing his job. Perhaps I'm just a little thin-skinned with things like that. I can see where he's coming from given the 'high' cost of doing work today. However, the high cost of buying another car is out of the question for me!
