Sorry you already have the door apart. You can adjust the gear on the regulator to miss the gear on the motor and try the motor by itself. If it runs when you use the switch, you know that you have a stuck regulator assembly. Look at it carefully with a flashlight and an inspection mirror and you will see how it moves up and down. Lube the points that rub together. Readjust the gear drive and lube gears. See if that works.
