I don't knoiw if it is a lot slower than my 240D 4spd. I live in the high desert mtn's of La County. and my 240 holds her own in thevalley on the freeways. Granted no speed demo0n coming back up the 14 home, but on a good day I can peak the Escondido Summit at 55mph. With these "slow" cars you learn two terms. "Momentum", and "Foot to the floor."
