Yes, and Yes. We've integrated multiple suppliers with our new shopping cart and the (incredibly complex) shipping calculators have not been completely finished yet. So, we *can* and *will* be offering free shipping on most of the other items in the catalog as well, but currently, the website has no means to figure it out and calculate it properly. A decision was made to launch on Sunday night, and then work on the search engine and the shopping cart to align all of the new features of the new catalog with our backend. I hope to have all of this completed over the weekend, if not, then mid-next week.
