I posted this message in the wrong forum. If you don't mind, would like to post it hereagain please:

My 2000 E210's passenger sun visor is still in excellent shape but it is very difficult to flip it up and down. Is there a way to fix it? Any sort of lubrication can be applied to it? Since it is in light color, I tried a few drops of WD40 from the control arm but that didn't help. Any help you could give, I truly appreciate it.
