No gentleman would say that, among the other quotes in the article. He certainly wouldn't be bragging about it in his 80s. Comparing himself favorably to a fictional character known for womanizing is not particularly impressive, and the whole article places him in a conceited and silly light.
IMO, the guys who talk about their conquests the most, are the ones achieving the least.
