Avenue 21, Los Angeles, CA., on 07/31/1978) and I discovered that the car was serviced by European Motors Mercedes-Benz 17964 Ventura Blvd., Encino, CA., on 01/11/1985 with 750,000 miles indicated on the service receipt. I also found an oil service receipt for the car in 1989 with 913,411 miles and another dated 04/17/1992 that listed the mileage as 103,457.

By the time I got the car in 1997, it had 242,321 miles on the odometer, and, if the chronology of this old paperwork is correct, the car's actual mileage is 1,315,402!!!!!!!!!
750,000 miles in the first seven years and three months, that is close to 300 miles every day. Was it a taxi? ;-)

Are there indications the car has done 1,315,402 miles? And does it have the original engine and transmission?
