One thing that has changed in the last year with the car is that I replaced the injector tips and put the injectors back together. I used a torque wrench to tighten them (no leaking), but I didn't go to the lengths of testing/adjusting the spray pattern, etc.

I don't think this would explain the oscillating idle, though.
