If you willing to get new belts, I'd just cut them and rotate the engine in the proper direction until they're free. If not ready for new belts I'd just the pulleys off. You don't to be pulling and twisting in odd directions you could damage the belt and then have it fail on the road. Do you know how old the belts are, it might be time for new ones anyway.
