A tester I used came from Harbor Freight, cheap. Saw that my 92 300TE would crank, and pressure would drop quickly below 50, and engine cut off. Fuel pump noise continued. Because one pump was dead, and the other was trying, but not enough. Replaced bad pump and like 70 psi.
