My congressional district's election still hasn't been called. There remain a quarter million outstanding provisional and early ballots uncounted statewide.
It seems to me like if we're going to have early voting, we could have early vote counting. Provisional ballots are another matter and I'm not sure what the solution to them is. Most of them will no doubt be thrown out.
