Having worked in various retail establishments, I can say the smart ones would more than take their time to fully investigate the facts BEFORE calling the police in on any matter. Also, IF (and that's a big IF) the buyer was thought to be acting in a less than honest manner, best to call him/her on the telephone and give him/her the opportunity to correct the problem FIRST. (Note; after reviewing this post, I am making changes....) In the instant case, the buyer signed and the dealer signed making it a a DONE DEAL.
