If driving, lots of air flow thru radiator. Running at correct temp range. All good. Fan clutch might be an issue, when hot and engine off, it should spin just a part of a revolution when spun and released, if it freewheels the silicone inside has left with Elvis. If radiator is sludged up somewhat or blocked with mud and leaves this could also happen (not enough cooling with lower fan speed compared to a 60 mph breeze). This will usually show up as radiator fins are much cooler on lower rows, where sludge is restricting water flow. My rad shop said a good rad should be 10F difference top to bottom. Also, your electric fan(s) should be coming on at 100C, I believe. Even if AC is not on. There are fuses and relays involved with that.

BTW, radiator swap is pretty easy DIY. If you can look down in the fitting for the lower hose and see the ends of flat tubes, and they are crusty, they look worse inside.
