Mike Manley, chief operating officer of Fiat and Chrysler in Asia and president of the Jeep brand, told Bloomberg, "We're reviewing the opportunities within existing capacity" as well as "should we be localizing the entire Jeep portfolio or some of the Jeep portfolio" to China.

Allow me to offer my take on the meaning of this statement by Manley (love that name!). I think it may mean they were considering offering either:
1. Their entire line (portfolio) meaning all models built here.
or
2. Building some models in China but not all of them.

I believe his jargon of "localizing" means buidling the models sold in a country in that country.

With that logic it would not follow to build models offered in the US in China.
