It's difficult for me to wrap my mind around the whole rat rod thing, but in general I like it.

This kid could have wasted his time playing video games or hanging around an OSW protest, but he put his time into something different. If he REALLY DID build the car himself, then I expect he learned alot. The fact that he has $13K in it, makes me think that he didn't really build it himself. If he did, he needs to learn about salvage yards.
