Quite an assumption.
Anyways you weren't in an accident, that's a what-if scenario that didn't occur. What you did was make a stupid yet conscious decision that put numerous other people at risk (in the very least inconvenienced them) as well as yourself. Why do you feel like they owe you something?
This is like that guy posting about a fedex truck parking too close to him after he parked across 2 spaces.
