If it was frivolous, hell yes I should be ticketed. Not that I would call a mere noise complaint in: that's what ear plugs are for
The one time that I did call the cops on a neighbor, it was because the obnoxious little tweaker was beating his girlfriend at 4 am and I was afraid he was going to kill her.
