If at some phase of your post clean up you use acid, just be careful. Use a mask (and gloves) to avoid fumes and try a control section first to see how your concrete reacts and how long you should let it sit before hosing with water. Have the water ready and waiting, just in case.

Point is that in many cases it can remove oil stains but it also etches the concrete and leaves contrasting shadows.
Several short applications are probably better than expecting one heavy duty soaking to "get it over with".
Do your homework and calmly work it out.
