Thanks so much for taking a picture. In my car, that vacuum off-white plug/valve is disconnected from the Y-shaped connector. The other side of the Y-vacuum connector is linked to a brown line.
The vacuum shut-off line, i think is the brown hose with blue stripe on the side and it goes through without any other connections. At least that's how it is in my car. I tested it out since there is a slight hesitancy in shutting off the car. Something i will work on later.
