Unlike the sedan, a number of wagon specific trim parts did not get the 1990 and 1994 updates.
You are correct, sir. All W124 T-wagons use the same light. It's possible that the bulb housing has updated connecters that were introduced in 1994, but the external appearance is the same for all years.
